August Rodin (1840-1917) is the greatest and most influential sculptor of modern time. His work is not only about the idealized forms of the human body, but also about showing the process of making.
Rodin – Genius at Work presents plaster and bronze sculptures, among which are famous works such as The Thinker and Balzac, marble figures, ceramics and never before shown photographs that demonstrate the creativity of the artist. With over 120 sculptures and 20 works on paper, this is the biggest Rodin exhibition ever in The Netherlands.
