This delicious organic strawberry preserve (composta di fragole antiche, in Italian) is made in artisanal tradition, small batches following a Quintosapore family recipe. Ripe hierloom strawberries are picked by hand and cooked carefully to preserve their sweet flavour and juicy texture.
