A Dictionary of Color Combinations (Volume I) | Seigensha

A Dictionary of Color Combinations contains a collection of 384 different color combinations, based on Sanzo Wada's original six-volume work from the 1930s.

Sanzo Wada (1883-1967) was an artist, teacher, and costume and kimono designer during a tumultuous period in avant-garde Japanese art and cinema. Wada was ahead of his time in developing color combinations that blended both traditional and Western influences, thereby laying part of the foundation for contemporary color research.
