Make Some Noise

The exhibition is the ninth and final edition of the Positions series: a collection of experimental and interactive forms of design. Changes in the museum and in the world beyond are expressed through eccentric works with theatrical, museological qualities and choreographies.

‘Amidst widespread uncertainty and a rapidly changing planetary environment, many confront feelings of anxiety or even paralysis … We desire to bring movement, literal and metaphorical; to demonstrate how art and creativity are the beating heart of a world still deserving of our attention and our voice,’ says curator Zippora Elders. Twelve international artists and collectives come together in a powerful mix of solo presentations, performances, and other encounters. Each artist explores in their own way how bodies, materials, and technologies are transforming, and how they resonate with one another.
