Good Food

The exhibition Good Food presents a global community of farmers, growers, thinkers and scientists working on sustainable ways of producing food. From small-scale agriculture in Uganda and urban farming in India to initiatives in the Netherlands and beyond.

Since 2017, photographer Ruud Sies and creative producer Hanneke van Hintum have travelled to 22 countries across five continents. They documented these participants in their own environments and with their own perspectives. The exhibition presents a selection of these portraits and video works. Discussions about agriculture often focus on challenges and loss. Good Food focuses on what is already happening and shows that alternative, sustainable approaches to food production are possible.
