A day at work with Claudy Jongstra

We already told you in our blog The Power of Soft how Claudy Jongstra creates a complete universe of her own with flax, felt and sheep’s wool. See All This sought out Claudy in the dyehouse of her workhouse, in a small Frisian village. Now there is a chance for See All This readers to do the same. And not just visit, but to follow a full-day program with Claudy Jongstra. Including plant wool dyeing, felt making and weaving yourself. Register quickly, as space is limited.

End of morning to the dyehouse in Spannum, where participants join Claudy in dyeing wool, making felt and weaving.

In the afternoon, a lecture by Claudy Jongstra, about her philosophy and vision.

A maximum of ten people can participate in this exclusive day. The cost is € 250 per person (entrance to the Fries Museum and coffee/lunch included). Part of the amount goes to the Farm of the World Foundation, an innovative learning project for underprivileged youth on the farm De Kreake in Húns.
