An issue about how sharing a meal connects us across borders, cultures and cuisines. The guest curator is none other than the young Parisian Michelin-starred chef Mory Sacko. He invites us into his world where African flavours of his ancestors, French cuisine of his training, and Japanese sophistication marry on the plate.
Food is a culture that we can not help but consume and each page explores its richness from a new angle: intricate food chains are demystified through the lens of the humble pizza; a familiar pair return to these pages with their nutritional approaches for modern living – for more sleep, more energy and a sharper mind.
