ABOUT THE ARTIST
Sergio Machado was born in São Paulo, studied at Saint Martins College in London, and then worked in the fashion world with designers such as Vivienne Westwood and John Galliano. He went on to spend eighteen years as part of Lidewij Edelkoort’s team in Paris. He now runs his own label, Le Petit Bureau, through which he develops art and design projects for, among others, the Salone del Mobile in Milan and Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven.
