Running through the museum gallery? Or rowing while admiring a painting? In the exhibition Doorzetters (Endurance), you’ll discover how art and sport have more in common than you might think. Artists show how movement, repetition, and perseverance play a role in both sport and creativity.
In Doorzetters, you’ll view sport through the lens of art. From a painting depicting the effort of a marathon runner to a work focusing on the discipline of a swimmer, sport inspires artists—and visitors too. The museum becomes a gym for the brain.
