ABOUT THIS EVENT
Anyone can forage! Leoniek Bontje, wild picker and herbalist, is involved in edible and medicinal plants. She is also the author of the popular books Wildplukken and Plant als medicijn.
On June 9 Leoniek will visit the Living Lab of See All This near Haarlem and will teach you where to start in a short time. In a walk she talks about the healing (and tasty) properties of various plants and herbs so that you can get started with them yourself.
We take you on a garden round and look for the herbs and plants that are good for you. We taste the plants and collect tea. Plant expert Anke Riesenkamp of See All This tells you about the resilience of nature based on the naturalization processes she sees in De Proeftuin.
