The Artist’s Totebag
Handpainted totebags by Sergio Machado
Following our first collection of aprons in collaboration with Lidewij Edelkoort and Sergio Machado, there is now - in celebration of the launch of our new website - a new series of wearable artworks in infectious collage designs.

An artwork to carry under your arm or hang over a chair or on the wall? This unique series of bags has been crafted by Sergio Machado.
Machado was born in São Paulo, Brazil, studied at Central Saint Martins in London, and went on to work in the fashion world alongside designers such as Vivienne Westwood and John Galliano, before spending eighteen years as part of Lidewij Edelkoort’s team in Paris. He now runs his own label, Le Petit Bureau, through which he develops art and design projects for events including the Salone del Mobile in Milan and Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven.
Each bag he has created for See All This is one of a kind and signed. His cut-out compositions are stitched onto a sturdy linen bag measuring 41 x 37 cm. A wearable artwork — turning the streets into a cheerful and living museum.
Below you’ll find two different series of bags. The lower set shows only the hand-painted designs. These still need to be collaged and sewn onto the strong tote bag. All bags will ultimately have the same finished look as shown in the first series of images!
Note: The items shown in the images below are mockups. The final product may differ slightly in color and size from the photo.
