Dordrechts Museum

The Dordrechts Museum owns an internationally known collection of paintings that has grown into one of the most important collections in the urban museums in the Netherlands. Discover five centuries of Dutch paintings, varying from the 17^th century to the present day. The museum wants to connect a highly diverse audience, in a place that shows the historical wealth of Dordrecht’s art and culture. The main collection consists of Dutch masters like George Hendrik Breitner and Jozef Israëls, as well as local masters from Dordrecht such as Nicolaes Maes and Ferdinand Bol.
