Galerie van Gelder (1985) has shown work by Dutch and international artists in an early stage. The increased success of these artists distinctly strengthened the international reputation of the gallery through the decades. Young and old are included in the exhibition programme, which is characterized by contemplation. Paint on canvas, drawings and objects are alternated with film, performances and installations.
